The gooodpay Program
Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully to ensure you fully understand how gooodpay works for you.
‘We’, ‘us’, 'GooodPay', 'Goood' and ‘our’ refer to The Good Card Pty Ltd ABN 21 609 762 601
The owner of GooodPay is The Good Card Pty Ltd.
GooodPay turns your marketing dollar into an after sales 'thanks for spending with me' cash reward that GooodPay members can share with their favourite charities or community-groups.
It's such a simple and cost effective way to help boost your sales and loyal following.
By becoming or continuing to be a Rewards Partner, you acknowledge and agree to:
provide the correct Merchant details to enable GooodPay to fulfil their obligations
immediately notify GooodPay of any changes to Merchant details that would affect gooodpay’s capacity to fulfil its obligations and commitments
provide a Members rebate of no less than 1.25% (unless otherwise agreed to by GooodPay) of the total purchase value on a successful transaction (inclusive of any taxes, including GST, included on the transaction) made by GooodPay Members, to be paid in Australian dollars to GooodPay in accordance with point 5 below
that Members can request that GooodPay pass on their rebate with Registered Beneficiaries of their choice
either authorising GooodPay, via our payments partner, SplitPayments, to debit the value of your outstanding Cash Rewards + $0.25 (payment processing fee) from your nominated business trading account on a monthly basis (or as required), or prepaying such funds to the minimum value of $100 which will be drawn upon as required
that there is a flat fee of 25 cents to direct debit your trading account
ensure appropriate funds are available in your nominated business trading account to honour GooodPay Member Cash Rewards
provide GooodPay a minimum of 60 days notice should you wish to discontinue being a GooodPay Reward Partner
grant GooodPay permission, in its effort to create a richer user experience for all GooodPay user groups (Members, Reward Partners, Beneficiaries) to use and incorporate key branding material (brand name, logo, trade marks etcetera) into their marketing material, program delivery channels including websites, blogs etcetera.
